How to make it :

1. Heat a cast iron or nonstick dosa tawa. Grease lightly with oil.
2.Pour a ladleful of batter in the center and spread in a circular motion.
3.Drizzle a few drops of oil/ghee on the edges.
4.Cook on medium flame until the edges turn crisp and golden.
5.If you want a soft dosa, flip once and cook briefly. For a crisp dosa, no need to flip.
6.Serve hot with chutney, sambar, or podi.
